страх., эк. тр. пиковое наделение правами*, пиковое резервирование прав* (разновидность отсроченного резервирования прав, при котором права или резервируются или нет, т. е. не предусматривается частичного резервирования прав; в этом случае устанавливается твердый срок, после которого работник наделяется правами в полном размере; напр., если работник отработает пять лет в данной компании, то он получит полные права на выплаты из фондов компании, если он уволится ранее этого срока, то никаких выплат ему производиться не будет)
